Animated GIFs

Hi Folks,

Converting AVI's to animated GIFs. Or even creating animated GIFS from scratch.

1. Best way to beat the fuzzy AA?

2. Is there another animation format that plays on opening a web page, email etc.?

3. I thought RS 6 had an mpeg animation file output option?

See signature animation for client attached .... flying owl created in RS6.

For web pages Flash could be an option. MediaCoder should be a tool being able create such files. But I don't know if it's playable without problems within emails.

3. I thought RS 6 had an mpeg animation file output option?

Simply create a new Output Object of type FFMPEG. Haven't tested it, but it should work. The manual is very short on this topic.
