Thanks for the comments guys. Yes I wasn't completely happy with it. I found the walk to be the hardest thing so far as he turns about 30 degrees to his right before walking off and I hadn't realised that this was a very difficult thing to do with this skeleton, I think it needs another bone at the bottom of the skeleton to make this look smoother and easier to animate. Well we live and learn.

this is my ball kick animation it isn't that good and I think too simple, anyway. I used the attached body file in the realsoft 3d tutorial files because I have v4.25 and couldn't use the one that was posted.
